please reset the phone by pressing the ok button for aprox 15 sec
the phone will ask if to factory restore please click yes
after rebooting the phone should try to pull configuration files from us and update the firmware
if it doesnt connect after 10 min please get intouch with us
please have ready teamviewer or anydesk so we connects to the local network to enter the info needed
